SHIPPING & FULFILMENT POLICY

Our Products

ARTBREATHE! offers four types of wall art products, each with its own fulfilment process. Please read carefully to understand the timeline that applies to your order.
1. Scripture Pieces
--------------------
Scripture Pieces are fully ready-made designs. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, your piece goes straight into production with no design stage required. Printumo production and shipping timelines apply immediately.
2. Semi-Custom Pieces
----------------------
Semi-Custom Pieces feature a pre-designed background with personalised text chosen by you at checkout. Please note that the text you submit is final — no changes to wording can be made after your order is placed.
Once your order is received, we will prepare your personalised design and send it to you for approval within 48–72 hours. You will have 1 review round to confirm the design looks correct. No changes to the design or text are permitted at this stage. Once you approve, your order is manually submitted for production and shipping timelines begin.
3. Custom Art Pieces

Custom Art Pieces are original artworks created from scratch based on your brief. Once your order and brief are received, our creative process begins.
Your design draft will be ready within 3–5 business days. For orders with multiple pieces, please allow additional time. You will have up to 2 rounds of revisions on design elements only — layout, colours, and visual style. Text submitted at checkout is final and cannot be revised. Each revision response will be turned around within 24–48 hours.
Once you approve the final design, your order is manually submitted to our production partner and shipping timelines begin from that point.
4. Custom Picture Pieces

Custom Picture Pieces are original artworks created from a photo you provide. Once your order, photo, and brief are received, we begin creating your unique piece.
Your design draft will be ready within 3–5 business days. For orders with multiple pieces, please allow additional time. You will have up to 2 rounds of revisions on design elements only — layout, colours, and visual style. Text submitted at checkout is final and cannot be revised. Each revision response will be turned around within 24–48 hours.
Once you approve the final design, your order is manually submitted to our production partner and shipping timelines begin from that point.
Production Time
----------------
After your design is approved and submitted to our fulfilment partner, please allow 1–2 business days for production. Complex or larger orders may take up to 4–5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
-------------------------
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated shipping times by region are as follows:
Europe & UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch
USA & Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Australia & New Zealand: 4–8 business days after dispatch
Nigeria & Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch (estimate)
Please note these are estimates only. Deliveries may be affected by local carrier issues, public holidays, or customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delayed Orders
---------------
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait an additional 2–3 business days as minor delays can occur. If it still has not arrived, please contact us at artbreathe@yahoo.com with your order number and tracking link and we will investigate promptly.
International Shipping
